Step: 2 We are currently using the following programs:
Digital transfers can be made from a wide varity of artwork files, pictures, and drawings. We can use almost any form of graphic or lettering to produce custom digital transfers, bmp, jpg, tif, etc... but remember the quality of the submitted artwork file, picture, or drawing will greatly determine the finished product.
If your file is poor quality and you need it recreated or touched up, please include it in an email with your order and our art team will be glad to take a look at it. Your submitted design should be 300 dpi quality...if it isn't we will inform you and also let you know what we would charge to vector it as we do offer vectoring services. Step: 3 Please send an email containing all the below information to sales@silvermountaingraphics.com 1. The amount of transfers you are ordering. 2. Any files or descriptions we will need to prepare your order. 3. Include whether you are ordering light or opaque transfers. 5. Your company or contact persons name. 6. Your complete shipping address. 7. Phone number we may reach you between hours of 10am-5pm. est. Monday thru Thursday |
An email will be sent to you containing payment information as quickly as possible, if for some reason you have not received this email within 1 day please contact us (if submitting your order after business hours please wait until 2pm est. before contacting us)..
